Be Ready to Splash in Grand Hyatt’s Five Star Waterpark

June 1, 2024

One of Dubai’s most popular long-established luxury hotels will be home to the city’s newest water park. Grand Hyatt Dubai is set to launch its own water park, a ticketed attraction with 15 slides and rides including a surfing lagoon that will be open to the public in 2025.

Located just minutes away from Dubai International Airport and iconic attractions like the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, Grand Hyatt Dubai offers guests convenience and access to the heart of the city. With world-class amenities and a commitment to exceptional hospitality, the addition of the waterpark promises to augment the guest experience and set new standards for leisure and entertainment in Dubai

The expansive waterpark, slated to open its doors in early 2025, will offer a serene oasis to beat the heat in the heart of the city.

Spread over 20,000 square metres, the five-star family-friendly waterpark will include 15 adrenaline-spiking (yet safe) rides. Interestingly, the park will have its own beach lagoon spanning 2,000 square meters (about four times the basketball court) filled with natural sand. It will also have a floating beach volleyball court, a huge wave pool, a lazy river for those looking to meander around the facility and an action-packed surf pool. It will also offer guests luxury cabanas to rest and dine in alongside clusters of private pools

However, even if you prefer to soak in the sun and enjoy the fun, you can watch your loved ones take delight in the rides from a safe distance near your very own private cabana or treat yourself to a delectable lunch at the park’s diverse eateries instead.

Younger children aged one to five will be well catered to with their own splash area at the park designed for unlimited play and fun – contrary to popular belief – water parks are not just for children.

Opening next year, the water park will be free to enter for tourists staying at the hotel. Guests staying at other Hyatt properties in the city will receive complimentary one-time access per guest per stay, subject to terms and conditions. Tourists and guests at other hotels can buy tickets for the water park.

As the eagerly anticipated waterpark prepares to open its doors, UAE residents can look forward to an unforgettable experience that seamlessly combines adventure, relaxation, and unlimited fun. So, mark your calendars and prepare to make a splash in this unprecedented waterpark in early 2025.

Make sure your friends and family are all updated and excited to experience the upcoming water fun. Book a summer staycation with the Grand Hyatt Group to beat the heat splashing around the wave pool and spraying water on your loved ones.
